Harvest Quest
Harvest Quest is a small weekend project that turned into my very first finished game in Godot. I usually make games just as a hobby, and this one is a milestone for me.
Most of the graphics were drawn by me (with a help from my wife) - and let me tell, making 16x16 pixel art was way harder than I expected! Most of what you see in-game I created by hand. I also used some sprites from Sprout Lands asset pack
The gameplay is inspired by an old phone classic - Bobby Carrot. I wanted to try out a proven puzzle design, but reimagine it with my own art, ideas, and twists. You’ll be guiding 1 one of the farm through different village-inspired levels, collecting crops, solving puzzles, and finding the way forward.
Features
-
20 handcrafted puzzle levels
-
Cozy farm-inspired pixel art
-
Simple but tricky mechanics that build up as you progress
-
Relaxed, casual vibe - perfect for one 30min session
Controls
-
Arrow keys to move
-
Mouse clicks for interacting with menus
Since this is my first completed project, I’d love to hear any feedback or comments you might have. Whether it’s about the game design, the art, or ideas for what could be improved - I’m always curious to learn and get better.
Thanks for playing!
P.S.

cute and fun
Heey. Congrats for completing your first project!
Here are some feedbacks:
1. I got stuck and can't move on the first level with 'switching block' on the center. The map has 2 cows on top left.
2. I think the "level complete" sound is a little bit too loud (?).
But, you give me a good idea - I need to display somewhere the number of level and how much levels are left to win the game. I will add it in the first patch
Thanks!
1) You need to go through the fence to proceed.
2) You have sound settings in the main menu. But I think I agree that it can be a bit quieter
1) I know. The problem is, somehow I can't pass through that un-triggered obstacle. I think that was a glitch/bug. Now the homework is how to reproduce that bug :D
